Processing Time
All items at The Celestial Post are handmade to order with care. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship within Canada and to the United States. International shipping outside these regions is not currently available but is coming soon!
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We ship via Canada Post for most orders.
- Canada: Standard and Expedited options available at checkout
- United States: Tracked Packet USA and Expedited options available
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Duties & Taxes
Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, calculated at checkout.
For US orders, any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
